2009 Gone, 2010 Here we come:

I want to share some heart felt thoughts about the direction of The Galish Group and the up coming year that I feel are hugely important, and will effect everyone involved for years to come. We are but in the “baby stage” and have a whole lot of growing to do, and look forward to.

We are building something here that doesn’t exist in today’s business world. Not only because of the companies we offer, technology, and unbeatable service, but something much more important that that. We are building a company where results are not only valued, but noticed, and appreciated. A place where you’re actually compensated in relation to what you contribute. We are building an atmosphere where you can be in command of your own actions, hours and future, while still having the support, understanding, and help (if needed) from other people in “The Group”. In today’s economy where people are happy, just to have a job, we can control our job, control our pay, control our pace, and feel good about our successes along the way.

We help people protect their biggest assets, by explaining products no one wants to understand, but expected to be there, when the policy is needed most. I’m not sure how all of you feel about what you do, but there is so much to love, so many directions you can go with in The Group, so many ways to build up a stream of income while doing good for people around you. If you don’t feel it, you need to keep looking.

Put yourself 12 month in the future, and ask yourself: Did I have a good 2010? What would I have done differently? What am I proud of? Where do I stand in my financial plan? Am I heading in the right direction? Am I happy?

We all have choices to make that effect our future every single day.

Me… I want to build a “One of a kind” company where people can’t decide if others in the group are more like friends, family, or a little of both. Where work, isn’t work, but just something that happens, because you enjoy it, because it‘s not only part of you, but who you are, and you like it. Where everyone is a partner, and not an employee. I want to build a place that has purpose, ethics, trust, and charity. Something to take care of the bills, lots of toys, but also takes care of a sense of satisfaction, family, and a life well lived.

This is where The Galish Group is heading and it’s not all going to be peaches and cream, like it sounds. To play hard, often requires us to work hard. Don’t come along for something to do, come for someone to be. Make 2010 the year that changed your life forever.
